What We Treat

Treatments & Services

Common treatments and procedures offered at our clinic, tap “Learn more” on any card.

Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (Gallbladder)

Keyhole removal of the gallbladder for gallstones, the global gold standard.

Consultation, work-up and every follow-up happen here; Dr. Wagh operates at a partner hospital theatre nearby. Done through three or four tiny cuts, most patients go home within 24 hours and return to desk work in about a week. Living without a gallbladder is entirely normal, digestion adapts within weeks.

Laparoscopic Hernia Repair

Keyhole mesh repair for inguinal, umbilical and incisional hernias.

Assessment and follow-up are done at the clinic, with the repair itself carried out at a partner hospital. A hernia never heals itself, it only grows. Laparoscopic mesh repair means less pain, earlier return to work and easy repair of both sides in one sitting when needed. Modern meshes are safe and standard worldwide.

Laparoscopic Appendectomy

Keyhole removal of the appendix for appendicitis, smaller scars, faster recovery.

Suspected appendicitis is assessed urgently, clinical examination plus ultrasound or CT when needed. Surgery, when indicated, is coordinated the same day with our partner hospital.

Diagnostic Laparoscopy

A camera look inside the abdomen when scans can't explain chronic pain.

Some causes of long-standing abdominal or pelvic pain, adhesions, endometriosis, early TB, hide from scans. A short diagnostic laparoscopy gives a definitive answer, and many findings are treated in the same sitting.

Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Assist

Surgical partnership with our gynecologist for keyhole uterus-removal procedures.

When hysterectomy is genuinely indicated, the laparoscopic route means two-to-three-day hospital stays instead of a week. Dr. Wagh operates jointly with the gynecology team at partner hospitals.

Bariatric Surgery Consultation

Honest evaluation of weight-loss surgery, who genuinely benefits, and who doesn't need it.

Bariatric surgery is life-changing for the right patient (typically BMI 35+, or 32.5+ with diabetes), and the wrong shortcut for everyone else. We assess candidly, attempt structured medical weight loss first, and refer surgical candidates to high-volume bariatric centres.

Minimally Invasive Biopsy

Image-guided and laparoscopic biopsies of lumps, nodes and masses.

A precise tissue diagnosis is the foundation of every cancer and TB treatment plan. We coordinate the least invasive adequate biopsy, needle, node excision or laparoscopic, with rapid pathology reporting.

Post-Surgical Follow-up

Wound checks, drain care, suture removal and recovery guidance, right here in the clinic.

After any surgery, ours or elsewhere, follow-up matters as much as the operation. Dressings, drain management, activity progression and 'is this normal?' questions are handled without another hospital trip.
