Ways to pay

Consultation fees are displayed at reception and confirmed when you book, no surprises at the desk.
Insurance & reimbursement
- Outpatient consultations and tests are usually claimed as reimbursement, we provide itemised receipts, prescriptions and reports for every claim.
- Procedures and surgeries at our partner hospitals can typically use your insurer's cashless facility through the hospital's insurance desk, we help coordinate.
- Corporate health-checkup and OPD packages are available, ask the front desk or call +91 70287 22200.
Your First Visit
What to bring
- A government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN or driving licence)
- All previous reports, scans and discharge summaries
- Your current medicines, or a written list with doses
- Your child's vaccination record, for pediatric visits
- Insurance policy details, if you plan to claim reimbursement
- A list of questions, no question is too small
Tip: arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit so registration doesn't eat into your consultation time.

Register
A 2-minute registration at the front desk creates your family file.
Vitals
Height, weight, BP and pulse are recorded before you see the doctor.
Consultation
An unhurried consultation, history first, examination second.
Plan & Follow-up
You leave with a written plan, prescriptions and your next review date.

As our patient, you always have the right to:
Be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of background, condition or ability to pay
Receive clear information about your diagnosis, options, and their risks and benefits
Give informed consent before any examination, procedure or treatment
Complete privacy and confidentiality of your health records
Seek a second opinion, we'll share your records without awkwardness
Know the expected costs of consultations, tests and procedures in advance
Access copies of your own medical records and reports
Raise concerns or complaints, and receive a genuine response
Privacy Policy. In Brief
What we collect: your contact details, medical history, examination findings, reports and prescriptions, the minimum needed to treat you safely.
How we use it: for your care, appointment reminders and legally required record-keeping. Access inside the clinic is restricted to the team treating you.
What we never do: sell your data, or share your records with employers, family members or third parties without your written consent, except where the law requires it or your life is at immediate risk.
Your control: you can request a copy of your records, correction of errors, or deletion of your contact details from reminder lists anytime, email prudentclinic@gmail.com or ask at the front desk.
