We treat acute and chronic sinusitis with targeted medication, saline irrigation and allergy control. Nasal endoscopy identifies structural causes, a deviated septum or polyps, before any talk of surgery.

Gradual hearing loss is easy to miss and important to catch early. Testing is painless, takes under an hour with our in-house audiologist, and ends with a clear explanation of results, from simple wax removal to hearing-aid options.

Most episodes settle with medication and supportive care. Tonsillectomy is discussed only for genuinely recurrent or obstructive cases, using standard international criteria, not as a default.

Most vertigo is inner-ear related and very treatable. BPPV often resolves with a single Epley repositioning maneuver performed in-clinic. We also manage Ménière's disease and vestibular migraine, with balance testing on site.

Polyps are benign but stubborn. We combine medical therapy to shrink them with endoscopic removal when they obstruct breathing, and treat the underlying allergy so they are less likely to return.

Loud snoring with daytime sleepiness deserves evaluation; untreated apnea strains the heart and raises BP. Treatment ranges from weight and position therapy to CPAP and airway procedures, chosen by severity.

Ear pain and discharge need examination, not random over-the-counter drops, some drops are unsafe with a perforated drum. We treat under endoscopic vision and monitor healing to protect your hearing.

Hoarseness lasting beyond two weeks should always be examined. Laryngoscopy visualises the vocal cords directly, and treatment combines medication, voice care and speech-therapy referral to our in-house therapist.
