Allergy Diagnostics
Constant sneezing, itching, hives, or reactions after eating? Guessing your triggers rarely works. A proper allergy test identifies exactly what your body reacts to, so you can avoid the right things and treat the rest. Our comprehensive blood panel screens up to 240 allergens from a single sample.

Understanding It
An allergy test identifies the specific substances, called allergens, that trigger your immune system. When you are allergic to something, your body makes an antibody called IgE against it. An allergy test looks for these IgE responses, through a blood sample or a skin test, and turns a vague sense that something sets you off into a clear list of what to avoid and what is safe.
This matters because so much allergy advice is guesswork. People cut out foods they are not actually allergic to, or spend years blaming the wrong trigger. A structured test replaces trial and error with a clear picture, which is especially valuable for stubborn allergic rhinitis, asthma, recurring hives, eczema, or reactions after meals.
At our Viman Nagar clinic, testing is never just a lab report handed back to you. One of our doctors reviews your history alongside the results, because a positive result does not always mean a real-world reaction. We tell you which findings matter for you, and what to do about them.
Describe your symptoms and our team will tell you whether this is the right care, free, over the phone.

Your Care Journey
We start by understanding your symptoms, their timing and your surroundings, which narrows down what is actually worth testing.
For most people a single blood sample screening a wide allergen panel is simplest, and unlike skin tests it can be done even while you are taking antihistamines.
A blood sample is collected and processed at an accredited laboratory for specific IgE against each allergen. No fasting is needed, and it suits all ages.
When your results are ready, a doctor explains what is significant, separates real triggers from harmless positives, and builds an avoidance and treatment plan.
What We Offer
House dust, dust mites, pollens from grasses, trees and weeds, and moulds, the usual drivers of sneezing, blocked nose and allergic asthma in Pune.
Milk and dairy, wheat and cereals, egg, nuts and dry fruits, fish and shellfish, pulses, fruits and vegetables, and common spices used in Indian kitchens.
Cat and dog dander, other animal sources, and stinging or biting insects such as cockroach, bee and wasp.
Common medicines such as certain antibiotics and painkillers, plus contact triggers like latex and everyday fibres.
A single blood test that screens up to 240 individual allergens across all of the above categories in one go, priced at ₹9,999 including the doctor consultation to interpret it.
For selected cases we can advise on or arrange a skin prick test, where tiny amounts of allergen are applied to the skin and read within about twenty minutes.
