What We Treat

Treatments & Services

Common treatments and procedures offered at our clinic, tap “Learn more” on any card.

Speech Delay in Children

Assessment and play-based therapy for toddlers and children slow to start talking.

'Wait and watch' costs the exact months when therapy works best. Assessment first rules out hearing loss (with our audiologist next door), then play-based sessions plus daily parent-led home practice get words moving, often within a few months.

Stuttering Therapy

Fluency therapy for children and adults who stammer, techniques, confidence and control.

Stuttering is neurological, not nervousness, and highly workable. Children often achieve near-complete fluency; teens and adults learn fluency-shaping and stuttering-modification techniques that hold up in interviews, calls and presentations.

Voice Therapy

Rehabilitation for hoarse, strained or tired voices, teachers, singers and call-centre professionals.

If your voice is your livelihood, vocal strain is an occupational injury. After ENT examination of the cords, therapy retrains breath support, pitch and vocal hygiene, most vocal nodules improve without surgery when therapy is done properly.

Swallowing Disorders

Evaluation and therapy for difficulty swallowing (dysphagia) after stroke, surgery or with age.

Coughing on liquids, food sticking, or meals taking forever are warning signs, aspiration can cause pneumonia. Assessment identifies the unsafe phase of the swallow; therapy rebuilds it with exercises, maneuvers and the right food textures.

Aphasia Rehabilitation

Language recovery after stroke or brain injury, for speaking, understanding, reading and writing.

Language can rebuild for years after a stroke, the brain rewires with the right practice intensity. Structured therapy plus a trained family communication partner steadily restores useful, real-world communication. Starting early helps; starting late still helps.

Articulation Therapy

Correcting unclear speech sounds, the 'r', 's', 'k' and other sounds that won't come right.

When a child's speech is hard for outsiders to understand past age four, specific sound errors are usually the cause. Therapy works sound by sound with drills and games, short, focused courses with excellent success rates.

Language Development Programs

Structured programs for children with autism, developmental delay or limited language.

Communication comes before words: attention, turn-taking, gesture, then speech, or alternative communication where appropriate. Programs are individualised, coordinated with your pediatrician, and parents train as co-therapists because home hours outnumber clinic hours.

Accent Modification

Coaching for professionals who want clearer, more neutral English pronunciation.

Not therapy, coaching. We map the specific sound and rhythm patterns listeners find hard to follow and train targeted alternatives, keeping your identity intact while making meetings and calls effortless.
